FAQ's

Are walk-ins available?

Walk-ins are not currently offered.  Our clinic operates by appointment only.  Please be sure to schedule an appointment in advance by using our online booking application.

Do you take insurance?

Currently, we are a "Private Pay" clinic only and do not bill insurance providers (medical, PIP, LnI, etc.)

How long will a massage treatment last?

At Customized Massage, we pride ourselves on providing outstanding service and treatment.  Arriving on time allows for us to be able to perform the full length of session that is booked.   Massage durations are booked in increments of 60, 90, & 120 minutes.  Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

What if the recipient of my gift card is a new client?

Gift cards amounts may be customized to any amount that you wish.  First time clients will be able to take advantage of our introductory massage rates.  Gift cards have no cash value.  Remaining gift card balances may applied as gratuity or towards future massage appointments.

Do I have to be completely undressed?

Dress/undress to your level of comfort.   Our licensed professionals are trained to maintain proper draping of the body at all times.  Only areas being worked on will be uncovered.

When should I not receive a massage?

We don’t recommend having a massage if you aren’t feeling well or if you have a fever, cold/flu, sunburn, or contagious skin infection.  If you are unsure of a specific scenario or have any medical concerns, please contact your physician before receiving massage therapy.

If I no-show, reschedule, or cancel my appointment within 24 hours, will I be charged for the session?

Due to our cancellation policy - unless the appointment is cancelled/changed with at least 24hrs notice, the cancellation policy will take effect. Missed appointments will be charged in the full amount of the session booked.

Do you offer Couple’s Massage?

Unfortunately, our massage clinic does not currently offer Couple’s Massage at this time.
